We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Specialist Product Owner to join our CXone Supervisor team, a leading CCAAS product. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of CXone Supervisor by working closely with the Product Manager and development teams to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative features and enhancements. You'll be instrumental in driving customer success and adoption in one of the most critical and in-focus applications in the CXone suite.


  • Manage the Product Backlog: Prioritize and refine user stories, ensuring clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate for Success: work closely with multiple stakeholders including R&D, UX/UI, TW, QA and PM to translate business requirements into detailed product stories.
  • Quality Control: Review, provide feedback, and approve product deliveries based on acceptance criteria.
  • Technical Understanding: Work with Architects, R&D, and QA to understand technical designs, interfaces, and non-functional requirements.
  • Support NICE Stakeholders: Provide product expertise and support to Customer Support, Professional Services and Technical Presales teams.
  • Customer Engagement: meet with customers to understand and address reported issues or feedback, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Release Ownership: Manage all aspects of product releases, including prioritizing tasks, daily follow-up, sprint execution decisions, cross-departmental coordination, acceptance criteria definition and escalations
  •  

11+ years of experience in the IT industry

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner for an enterprise software company

Background in Unified Communications, platform recording, databases, UI design, microservices, cloud applications, and GenAI (familiarity is sufficient)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Extensive experience creating and delivering specifications to software teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills (English)

Business and technical writing skills (English)

Background in Agile methodologies, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature prioritization

Experience in a customer-facing role, managing expectations

Experience in a global company (preferred)

Contact center industry experience (from a customer perspective preferred)
