Vision and Roadmap: Develop and communicate the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, define product requirements, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, answer questions, and ensure successful delivery of features.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including user feedback and feature adoption, to inform backlog prioritization.
Reporting: Provide updates and reports on product development progress, backlog status, and stakeholder feedback to senior management and stakeholders.
