Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Product Operations
Overview:
The Senior Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing payment processes, ensuring seamless and secure transactions. This position involves working closely with internal and external teams to document and enhance the effectiveness of our payment solutions. The ideal candidate must have experience in the payments industry, strong analytical skills and the ability to lead and manage a team.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor payout processes to ensure compliance with industry-standard payout times
• Lead and coordinate projects that monitor and evaluate processes to meet or exceed the expected standards
• Analyze payment data to identify trends, optimize processes and improve overall performance
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of payment processes, procedures and policies
• Provide training and support to junior staff
• Ability to work with multiple applications
• Identify, investigate and resolve payment related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and define KPIs for their area of responsibility
• Ensure that operating and market ready requirements are met for the stakeholders
Experiences and Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Have experience in managing a team, setting realistic goals and consistently evaluating performance
• Excellent written and verbal English communications skills and interpersonal abilities
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
Experience: 4 years minimum experience in a leadership role, in the financial services or payments industry, with a focus on payment processing and operations
