Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Analyst, Product Operations (all genders) to join the Logistics Product Operations team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The team drives key business metrics like On-time, Vendor Choice Index and Pricing strategies with a mission to consult local teams on maximizing our product stack’s potential. Acting as a crucial bridge between Operations and Product/Tech, they ensure seamless performance enhancements. Their long-term vision focuses on fueling the sustainable growth of Delivery Hero’s Own Delivery vertical, enabling local operations to broaden their market reach and unlock new business opportunities. This team empowers Delivery Hero to grow and defend its market leadership through a rapidly evolving product stack. Being part of Product Performance comes with the exciting challenge of bridging the gap between cutting-edge Product/Tech innovations and strategic business needs. Your stakeholders span Global and Regional teams, making this position a pivotal touchpoint between Business and Product, crucial to our success.

  • You will own relevant business KPIs, product performance and product strategy globally
  • You interact with and support our operations & performance stakeholders globally
  • You proactively find areas for improvement backed up by data, are innovative in seeking the best solution and execute in a timely and considered manner
  • You support the roll-out of new products and features in your region which are aimed at improving our users’ experience, business performance and operational efficiency
  • You will conduct in-depth analysis to provide management and product teams with insights for key business decisions

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Korean and English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • You gained at least 4+ years of professional experience interpreting data in an analytics or data science role
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau or Data Studio)
  • You have solid exploratory analysis
  • You are highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail
  • Previous experience in the last mile industry in an Analytics, Operations, Product and/or Competitive pricing role is a plus
  • Outstanding stakeholder management & organizational skills
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Pragmatic and autonomous ways of working
