Do meaningful work with us. Every day.

At Amplify Health, we’re looking for individuals with ambition, resilience and passion for healthcare, insurance, wellness  and digital technology. As a fast-growing business with the ambition of making people and communities across Asia healthier, we have exciting career opportunities available to help us achieve our vision.

The Product Manager owns defined product areas or journeys within Amplify Health’s digital health platforms, with accountability for discovery, delivery, and continuous improvement.
The Product Manager operates with moderate autonomy, partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Data, Commercial, and regional stakeholders to deliver member centric, scalable, and compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

1) Product Discovery & Problem Definition

  • Own discovery for assigned product areas, translating member, market, and business needs into clear problem statements.

  • Lead user research with support from Design (interviews, concept testing, usability testing).

  • Define hypotheses and success metrics before delivery.

2) Roadmap & Feature Ownership

  • Own feature‑level or journey‑level roadmaps aligned to broader product strategy.

  • Prioritise initiatives based on customer value, effort, and business impact.

  • Make informed trade‑offs within agreed strategic boundaries.

3) Product Delivery Leadership

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives within scope.

  • Write clear PRD/BRDs, epics, and acceptance criteria.

  • Act as the primary product decision‑maker for delivery teams, resolving scope and prioritisation issues.

4) Data‑Informed Decision Making

  • Define and track KPIs for adoption, engagement, funnel conversion, and quality.

  • Interpret product and health‑related data to inform iteration and optimisation.

  • Partner with analytics teams to ensure instrumentation supports outcome measurement.

5) Health, Wellness & Platform Understanding

  • Demonstrate working knowledge of:

  • Digital health and wellness journeys

  • Behavioural change mechanics

  • Wearable and health data concepts (high level)

  • Ensure features align with clinical intent where applicable, without acting as a clinical owner.

6) Privacy, Compliance & Quality

  • Embed privacy‑by‑design and security principles into product requirements.

  • Work with Legal, Risk, and Tech teams to ensure local regulatory considerations are addressed.

  • Own quality outcomes for features in scope.

7) Go‑to‑Market & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support launches by collaborating with Commercial, Marketing, and regional teams.

  • Present product intent, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.

  • Incorporate market and operational feedback post‑launch.

Candidate Profile

Experience and Qualifications

  • Over 5 years’ experience B2B2C product ownership in SaaS or digital health with end-to-end lifecycle experience.

  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex products in an agile environment.

  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills

  • Able to lead and mentor teams and more junior team members

  • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills, including the ability to translate technical and business concepts to communicate with stakeholders

  • Proficient with Jira, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Visio and other relevant project management tools

  • Must be a strong collaborator, team player, and individual contributor; strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Proven experience in understanding and enabling of PDLC; as well as experience in both Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering required.

Preferred:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification.

  • Familiarity with change management practices and tools.

  • Experience localizing health-tech across Asian markets (e.g., HK, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia).

  • AI/ML for personalization (e.g., hyper-personalized nudges, risk scoring) with awareness of emerging AI ethics/regulation.

  • Incentive design background (behavioural economics, loyalty/rewards).

Competencies & Core Characteristics:

We are seeking a leader who embodies the following competencies and characteristics essential for success in our scale-up environment:

  • Technical Expertise Domain: Builds with open standards (e.g., FHIR, SMART) and public APIs to minimize lock-in. Designs “Once for Many” platform components (e.g., challenges, rewards, biometrics) that embed seamlessly in partner ecosystems. Bakes security, RBAC/scopes, and privacy alignment into the Definition of Done.

  • Customer Obsessed & Outcome-driven: Champions a dual-track discovery approach—running continuous discovery with Enterprise Partners (integration friction) and End-Members (behavioural friction). Leverages structured betas and VOC loops to ensure “Pluggable UX” works in any host environment.

  • Strategic Architect: Translates company vision into a North Star metric and a coherent platform roadmap that compounds Shared Value: Member Engagement (2C), Integration Velocity (B2B), and Clinical/Financial Impact (Actuarial).

  • Data-Driven Decisiveness: Operates on real-time dashboards and automated reporting. Frames decisions with causal thinking; instrumented experiments link features to Member Engagement, Integration Velocity, and Actuarial outcomes.

  • Unifier & Cross-Functional Influencer: Orchestrates alignment across Engineering, Privacy/Security, Legal, Clinical/Actuarial, Commercial, and external Enterprise Partners. Communicates crisply; turns competing constraints into cohesive delivery.

  • Coach & Talent Multiplier: Empowers team members through mentorship and guidance, creating an environment that encourages learning and growth. Recognises and nurtures talent to maximise team performance.

  • Resilient Operator: Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, maintaining composure under pressure. Demonstrates adaptability and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and deliver results. Plans for risk, failure modes, and privacy/security by design. Treats incidents as learning loops; hardens systems and processes.

  • Insatiable Curiosity: Proactively learns from customers, markets, technology, and data. Experiments to reduce uncertainty; updates beliefs fast; shares learning broadly.
