Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Product Management

Overview:
The Mastercard Digital Enablement Services (MDES) team is looking for a Senior Specialist to manage a portfolio of initiatives and projects across MDES and partnering organizations to deliver on our digital and tokenization agenda. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving product growth, highly motivated, with program and project management skills and product background.
Role
• Work across multiple functions and teams to drive strategy alignment, align roadmaps, propose solutions and progress against objectives
• Manage the digital core prioritization process across the digital and core switching with the ability to effectively communicate changes and commitment with senior leaders.
• Manage the bi-weekly program updates, roadmaps, and other related program activities
• Participate in team prioritization discussions with Product/Business management
• Drive efficiency, effectiveness and timely delivery of the MDES program engagement with the UK leadership team to maintain the internal and external roadmap.
• Enhance and maintain the product and program documentation and confluence site used by all program members and stakeholders
• Collaborate with digital programs to evolve the One Operating Model and coordinate better engagement
• Continuously drive improvements in processes and tools working closely with Mastercard Tooling teams to adopt and evolve changes (e.g. Jira)
• Become the subject matter expert for Digital and MDES roadmap and identify opportunities to deliver key business imperatives and customer needs
• Perform product management epic and feature definition to support MDES program and assist other product managers to deliver features to the market

The ideal candidate for this position should:
• Demonstrate program management and product management experience
• Showcase strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Be able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels across multiple geographies
• Possess strong interpersonal abilities and motivation to build and nurture relationships
• Have great communication skills, including the ability to craft clear and engaging content that effectively conveys key messages
• Proactive individual with strong self-management skills
