The Role
The successful candidate will manage strategic initiatives and product evolution for Mastercard Donate products. Responsibilities include:
- Enhance product experience
- Focus on customer journey and product development
- Launch preparations and monitor product performance
- Review competitor offerings and share insights
- Use research and competitive analysis to inform product requirements
- Improve product lifecycle processes
- Maintain clear product documentation
