About the Role
This role will act as part of the Strategy & Execution team, acting as trusted advisors to senior A&T and BMI leadership, combining the rigor of a top-tier management consultancy with deep organizational knowledge. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position at the intersection of strategy, execution, AI transformation and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy Execution
Serve as the execution engine that translates A&T and BMI strategic ambitions into trackable, measurable outcomes. Break down complex strategic challenges into working hypotheses and clear action plans for senior leadership decision-making. Identify execution bottlenecks, escalate risks and propose corrective actions to keep strategic initiatives on track.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Background• Min. 4 years of experience, with a strong strategic consulting background (ideally at a top-tier consulting)• Experience on cross-functional strategic initiatives within a matrixed, complex global organization• Some experience presenting to senior audiences, with the ability to shape the narrative and drive decisions at the highest level• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to question data, challenge assumptions and exercise sound judgement under pressure. Turns numbers into actionable insights.• Track record translating high-level strategy into operational execution with measurable outcomes• Experience working across multiple business lines or verticals, with the ability to understand cross-vertical scope, areas of confluence, and potential synergies• Deep understanding of how AI can transform consulting - from problem identification to solution delivery. Supports the definition and scaling of AI-enabled consulting by integrating data, technology, and expertise into repeatable, high-impact market solutions.

Education and Qualifications• Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a top-tier institution valued• Work experience in strategy consulting, with experience on corporate strategy, business intelligence and incorporating AI into business • Experience in strategic consulting engagements that involve structured problem solving and stakeholder management• Tech-savvy mastering all Office tools and proficient on AI-working tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Co-Pilot, ...) • Proficiency in English mandatory. Other languages are valuable.• Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required
