Job Description:
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Specialist - Digital Data Analytics to support our global digital product teams with actionable insights. This role is central to enabling data-informed product decisions, establishing robust monitoring frameworks, and advancing accessibility through dashboards and AI-driven tools.
Role:• Support product managers across digital products-including wallets, tokenisation services, and enablement platforms-with tailored data analysis and reporting.• Translate product usage and performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform product enhancements and strategic decisions.• Establish and maintain monitoring systems and dashboards to track key metrics such as adoption, engagement, and feature effectiveness.• Investigate and implement AI-driven solutions to improve data accessibility and usability for internal stakeholders.• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting tools and platforms.• Promote best practices in data governance, documentation, and transparency.
All About You:• Proven experience in data analytics, ideally within digital payments .• Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).• Familiarity with AI tools and techniques for data accessibility and automation.• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and cross-functional teams.• Detail-oriented, with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
