Key Responsibilities: Product Expertise & Support: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the product, understanding its functionality, features, and market positioning thoroughly. Provide technical and functional guidance to internal teams, including sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering. Serve as the escalation point for advanced product queries and challenges. Product Strategy & Development: Collaborate with product management to define product roadmaps and enhancements based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and emerging trends. Analyze and interpret feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation or improvement. Contribute to the creation of detailed product specifications and feature prioritization. Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for internal teams and external stakeholders. Create user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation to ensure a clear understanding of the product's value and functionality. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to communicate product requirements and validate technical feasibility. Support marketing teams by providing in-depth product insights for campaigns, launches, and messaging strategies. Partner with sales teams to present product capabilities during client meetings, pitches, and demonstrations. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to assess product success and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on product adoption, challenges, and market positioning. Customer Advocacy: Engage with key customers to understand their needs and gather feedback for product improvement. Serve as an advocate for customers during product development and troubleshooting processes. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management, product development, or a related role, with a focus on expertise in a specific product domain. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of relevant technologies and product-related systems. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve product-related challenges. Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor team members. Customer Focus: Strong ability to advocate for user needs and ensure product alignment with customer expectations. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or related areas. Experience with data analysis tools or product analytics platforms. Exposure to international markets or multi-lingual product environments.
