What a Senior Specialist, Product and Solutions Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health
A Senior Specialist is responsible for defining the product/service and market strategy and life cycle management including customer need identification, market research, product or service offering, pricing, positioning, and promotion, and branding for our digital initiatives.
Responsible for leading efforts focused on increasing the value of Cardinal Health’s digital initiatives. This includes defining and implementing marketing activities that fall in line with the overall Consumer Health and digital strategy and managing the strategy and execution of marketing programs.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for managing and supporting digital marketing efforts for the Consumer Health team. This role will collaborate and partner with brand managers, category teams, and cross-functional teams to strategize and execute marketing plans for B2B and B2C digital initiatives. Specific accountabilities include:
- Manage digital marketing programs and solutions including driving awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Drive sales and strategy through the development, implementation and follow through of marketing programs
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and program performance
- Ensure and maintain consistent brand guidelines, messaging and imaging across all channels
- Develop and execute on digital marketing initiatives including content development for digital advertisements, emails and landing pages related to Consumer Health initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- 3+ years of experience in related field, preferred
- Digital marketing or eCommerce experience highly desired
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Teams
- Experience using digital analytics software and digital/social media platforms

- Counsels and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives and plans that meet both company and business objectives
- Effectively works both independently and as part of a team. Cross-functional working groups include, but are not limited to sourcing, inventory management, quality and regulatory assurance, product marketing, sales, finance, IT, eCommerce, digital marketing, and outside agencies
- Demonstrates strong financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment
- Prioritizes tasks and projects according to business needs and tight deadlines
- Executes, manages, and analyzes integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on digital marketing
Anticipated salary range: $67,500 - $96,400
