Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, Process Optimization

We are seeking a Process Optimization Specialist with a proven ability to use data-driven insights to drive tangible process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a track record of analyzing complex workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and designing scalable solutions.
Success in this role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of balancing data-driven decision-making with qualitative process evaluations. You will be responsible for mapping processes, diagnosing inefficiencies, and implementing targeted improvements that enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and review existing processes, complementing quantitative data analysis with qualitative insights to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business leads to optimize workflows and remove obstacles.
• Develop and implement scalable frameworks for process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field .
• 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, or business process transformation.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
• Experience with business process modeling, process engineering, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query), PowerPoint, and Visio.

We collaborate across multiple departments, partnering with product managers, business leaders, and technology teams to refine operational workflows and enhance strategic execution.
