You will support performance analytics for both Consumer and Commercial businesses, with approximately 90% of your time initially focused on the Consumer business. Any future changes to this allocation will be communicated accordingly.
You will drive 4P analysis, brand KPI tracking, brand health monitoring, competitive intelligence, brand audits, post-mortem analyses, and data visualization initiatives to strengthen business decision-making.
You will transform complex analytics into compelling data stories that connect insights to business strategy and drive actionable outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will track, monitor, and diagnose key brand KPIs throughout the year using data sources such as GfK, brand health trackers, and other relevant market data sources, while recommending corrective actions to improve performance.
You will establish and manage processes to track Powerlines' performance and competitive intelligence, including competitor product launches, distribution changes, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
You will leverage competitive and market insights to identify opportunities to optimize product portfolio coverage and improve market competitiveness.
You will lead seasonal post-mortem analyses and conduct root-cause assessments to understand market and brand performance movements, highlighting key areas for improvement and future focus.
You will be accountable for briefing the Data Modeling and Visualization team on business intelligence dashboard and reporting requirements, ensuring solutions effectively address business needs.
You will support the broader Analytics organization across a range of research and analytics initiatives, including industry trends analysis, marketing analytics, product and pricing analytics, consumer research, and data visualization.
You will define data requirements, identify data gaps, and procure the necessary data sources to enable robust analytics and informed decision-making.
You will manage planning and budgeting activities related to analytics projects, including engaging with procurement teams for RFPs, vendor management, contracts, and payment processes.
You will deliver insightful recommendations through effective data storytelling, ensuring analytics are translated into clear business actions and measurable impact.
You should bring 4+ years of experience in Analytics, Insights, Market Research, or Business Intelligence, preferably within the Tyre, FMCG, FMCD, or Consumer Goods industry.
You should have strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
You should be able to manage and analyze large, complex, and unstructured datasets.
You should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
You should have experience working with GfK data or similar syndicated market research data.
You should have exposure to consumer, market, or in-house research.
You should have strong PowerPoint and data storytelling skills.
You will have experience with Power BI and/or Tableau (preferred).
