Position Overview and Objective
The Senior Specialist Partner Marketing EMEA role is an execution-focused marketer responsible for supporting the development and delivery of partner marketing programmes that drive engagement, growth, and revenue across Arctic Wolf’s EMEA partner ecosystem. This role works closely with the Manager, EMEA Partner Marketing and collaborates with the broader EMEA Marketing team to implement high-impact initiatives that strengthen partner relationships and accelerate pipeline.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in through-partner marketing, campaign execution, and partner communications. They will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, timely delivery of programs, and alignment with regional priorities—while fostering integration with EMEA marketing leadership to maximize impact.
Reporting to the Manager, EMEA Partner Marketing, this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Previous experience in cybersecurity or technology marketing is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Execute localized partner marketing programs across EMEA, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with regional objectives, and integration with broader EMEA marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the EMEA Marketing team and channel stakeholders to ensure consistency, avoid silos, and drive unified go-to-market strategies.
Assist in managing budgets across multiple currencies for partner marketing activities and partner enablement events including tracking expenditure and supporting ROI reporting.
Coordinate logistics and communications for key partner engagement initiatives, including the Partner Advisory Council (PAC) and Partner Leadership Summit.
Help administer the GameChangers partner incentive program, ensuring accurate tracking and partner communication.
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to execute through-partner campaigns and joint marketing initiatives.
Maintain and update partner marketing assets, ensuring localisation and compliance with regional regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Support the creation and distribution of the monthly EMEA Partner Howl newsletter, including content coordination and stakeholder alignment.
Assist with reporting on campaign performance, engagement metrics, and partner-sourced pipeline to demonstrate impact.
Provide operational support for Arctic Wolf’s Global Partner Week and other regional events.

The ideal candidate has experience in executing partner marketing programs and campaigns that deliver measurable results. They are detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential. They should be proficient in marketing tools such as Salesforce, PRM platforms, and marketing automation systems, with a data-driven approach to tracking and reporting performance.

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required to collaborate effectively across global teams
Proficiency in additional EMEA languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field of study
3-5 years proven experience in B2B marketing preferably in partner or channel marketing
Comfortable leveraging marketing automation tools and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performance
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced environment
Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% primarily for partner-related events
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in technology or cybersecurity industry
Knowledge of partner incentive programs and through-partner marketing execution
