Role
Bring the brand to life through compelling animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
Simplify complex financial concepts through creative storytelling and design.
Create platform‑optimised content for paid social, digital campaigns, and performance marketing.
Oversee end‑to‑end content production: storyboarding, animation, editing, sound design, typography.
Lead the Creative Governance Forum, ensuring compliance, brand consistency, and quality.
Collaborate across teams, agencies, and stakeholders to produce high‑impact content.
Innovate continuously, applying emerging creative technologies (including AI).
Integrate visual content into CRM & marketing automation journeys.
Support content strategy across digital platforms and client segments.
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Motion Design, Visual Communication or related field.
Certifications in digital design, animation, or emerging technologies (advantageous).
Digital marketing and AI‑related credentials welcome.
Experience
5–7 years progressive experience in motion design; ideally within B2B, financial services, consulting, fintech, or enterprise tech.
Proven success delivering digital brand communication across social, paid media, and CRM‑integrated campaigns.
Experience managing quick‑turnaround production cycles without compromising quality.
Collaborative experience within agile creative or cross‑functional teams.
A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional static and motion design work.
Technical Strengths
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Skilled in motion graphics, storyboarding, video editing, and animation.
Able to design for web, social, and presentation formats.
Familiarity with AI‑based creative tools and martech platforms.
Working knowledge of compliance frameworks: GDPR, POPIA, CCPA.
Experience with 3D & sound tools (Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, Audition, Logic Pro).
Education
