Overview
The Marketing & Communications team is looking for a Senior Specialist, Marketing to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
• Lead regional and local assets execution and support to monetize through advisors and marketing services teams, providing input on potential partnership relevant for the markets.• Executes marketing strategies, activities, and events (includes advertising, promotions, sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, websites) by supporting on planning agendas, determining logistical requirements.• Supports development of creative content for application in marketing strategies, including thought leadership content and communication of subject matter expertise, using established parameters• Tracks budget for marketing programs, and raises awareness when programs are not on track against budget• Analyzes campaign performance using specified measures and evaluation metrics• Prepares marketing solution presentations using specified parameters• Provides any necessary clarifications to vendors (e.g., agencies, film production, etc.)
