Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Specialist - Organization Planning to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing the organizational structure and resources within the marketing department to ensure efficient operations and alignment with Qiddiya’s overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain the marketing organization structure, ensuring roles and responsibilities align with strategic goals.
- Conduct workforce analysis, capacity planning, and talent management support to optimize the marketing team’s performance.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing leadership to forecast staffing needs and support recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
- Monitor and analyze organizational effectiveness, proposing improvements to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
- Manage and update marketing job descriptions, career paths, and competency frameworks.
- Support change management initiatives within the marketing organization related to structural or process changes.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights on marketing organizational planning to senior leadership.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in marketing organizational design and planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in organizational planning, preferably within a marketing or communications environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and talent management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of marketing functions and organizational dynamics is highly desirable.
