How you'll make an impact:
The Transcatheter Heart Valves division at Edwards is looking to expand our Digital team in Irvine, CA with an entrepreneurial team member who is analytical, inquisitive, driven, and resourceful. The Marketing Automation & Demand Gen Specialist is a solution-oriented individual with deep, hands-on experience in Marketo and a strong track record driving scalable demand generation and lifecycle marketing programs.
A successful candidate is a Marketo SME who takes full ownership of marketing automation, email marketing, and demand generation strategy. They design and scale lifecycle programs, build high-performing nurture campaigns, and drive measurable improvements in engagement, lead quality, and pipeline. They combine deep technical expertise with a strong business mindset and can translate data into action. They proactively optimize performance, influence cross-functional teams, and elevate Marketo from an execution tool to a core growth and engagement engine for the organization.

- Serve as the primary owner of Marketo, leading program architecture, campaign orchestration, data structure, and platform governance.
- Design, build, and scale marketing automation and demand generation programs, including nurture strategies, triggered campaigns, and lifecycle-based engagement.
- Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate business objectives into automated campaign strategies that drive lead capture, qualification, and progression.
- Define and enforce best practices across program templates, naming conventions, and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Establish and lead A/B testing and optimization frameworks to continuously improve campaign and email performance.
- Analyze performance across campaigns and channels, developing dashboards and delivering clear, actionable insights to drive data-informed decisions.
- Own and optimize the marketing automation ecosystem (Marketo, Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, segmentation, and lead management processes are effectively implemented.
- Partner with IT and vendors on integrations, data architecture, and martech enhancements to enable scalable execution and measurement.
- Support global and regional teams in scaling campaign execution and adoption of marketing automation capabilities.

For California, the base pay range for this position is $92,000 - $130,000 (highly experienced).
