We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Market and Liquidity Risk Support to join our Investments Risk team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• Generate, combine, reconcile, and tailor risk and performance attribution reports across various systems.
• Identify and monitor key risk and performance indicators and metrics, and assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and controls.
• Conduct regular reviews of investment risk guidelines, benchmark suitability, risk proxy validity, and deviations from established risk and investment parameters.
• Develop, refine, and automate comprehensive end-to-end processes for performance and risk management reporting and monitoring.
• Coordinate with corporate Risk functions to ensure consistency in risk reporting and policies and procedures.
• Assist in the development of a central database for client and portfolio data, such as AUM/AUA by client, investment types, objectives, and a cross-mapping of investment identifiers across multiple systems.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
• MBA Finance or equivalent
• FRM or CFA designation is desirable
• Must have hands-on working knowledge of Aladdin or Morningstar and Bloomberg
• 2-6 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to learn quickly and a high degree of problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
• Comfortable working in evening shifts
