Senior Specialist, Legal Services
Overview
The Senior Legal Analyst supports the legal team in Brazil by assisting with contract execution, legal analysis, and operational legal matters. This role contributes to the efficient delivery of legal services and provides exposure to a broad range of commercial and corporate matters within Mastercard's payments business.
Role• Support the drafting, review, and administration of commercial agreements and related legal documentation.• Assist with legal research, issue tracking, and preparation of summaries and analyses for internal stakeholders.• Maintain legal trackers, templates, and documentation to support contract management and reporting as well as meetings minutes and internal committees agenda. • Interface with internal business and legal stakeholders to support legal processes and workflows.• Assist senior legal team members on projects and initiatives, as assigned.
All About You• Law degree and admission to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), in good standing.• 3+ years of post qualification legal experience, with experience supporting commercial contracts.• Strong organizational skills, ability to use AI, keep track of documents, templates and attention to detail.• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast paced legal environment.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Fluent in English (spoken and written).• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
