Reports to:  L&D Manager China FL

Location:  Shanghai

Key responsibilities for this role:

  • Set clear learning and development priorities aligned with local business needs and global L&D direction
  • Partner with business units and functions to identify capability gaps and define targeted training requirements
  • Find suitable learning solutions from internal and external offerings to meet the needs
  • Be responsible for onboarding pathways for new hires and ensure scalable, consistent delivery of the induction program
  • Design, develop and facilitate learning programs that drive capability building and support strategic business outcomes.
  • Act as an internal trainer, delivering engaging and relevant learning experiences
  • Foster a culture of self-directed, continuous learning by promoting diverse learning tools and encouraging learner ownership.
  • Maintain operational excellence across all L&D processes, including data management, documentation, and administrative execution
  • Explore, implement and promote the usage of new digital learning methods in learning
  • Ad hoc training support

Key competencies and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree  and above
  • 2-5 years of diverse professional experience of learning and development
  • Fluent English and local language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive & detail-minded
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel processing
