The Sr. Specialist , HR-Operations is responsible for managing end-to-end HR Operations in the India Development Centre, Bangalore, where-in you will get the opportunity to work with multiple Operating companies and gain insightful experience of working in a truly multi-cultural environment.

This position is part of the HR function and will be located in Bangalore

In this role, you will have the opportunity to handle: 

 

  HR Operations 

  • Manage and process employee lifecycle events including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and terminations. 

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems to ensure data integrity and compliance. 

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments. 

 

Employee Services: 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information. 

  • Address and resolve employee concerns 

  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction in all employee interactions. 

  • Design, plan and execute local engagement initiatives. 

Compliance and Reporting: 

  • Ensure HR compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. 

  • Prepare and maintain statutory HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support business decisions and HR initiatives. 

  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information. 

 

Process management  

  • Partner with business teams, HRBPs and other CoEs on key HR Processes  

  • Analyze Data & bring out insights related to the HR processes. 

  • Maintain and strengthen HR projects and initiatives, including policies and procedures. 

  • Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions 

 

The essential requirements of the job include: 

  • Minimum 8 years of HR Operations in a HR Shared Services environment 

  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws 

  • Experience in Payroll, Compensation, HR analytics, and ERP (Workday) would be advantageous. 

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software. 

  • Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
