About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning Designer & Facilitator who can create and deliver effective employee learning experiences for JLL. Working with our Design and Delivery team, you'll contribute to talent and development programming that supports JLL's growth agenda. This role combines instructional design expertise with facilitation capabilities to develop engaging learning solutions and bring them to life for our global workforce.
What this job involves:
Learning Design & Development:
- Enhance learning materials using JLL brand standards; create engaging visual experiences that support learning objectives
- Build interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Rise, Storyline, Synthesia, and other authoring tools
- Transform PowerPoint presentations into e-learning and micro-learning elements
- Redesign face-to-face training for virtual delivery formats
- Develop graphics, audio, and video content to enhance learning experiences
- Design assessment components including quizzes and interactive elements; analyze results to improve content
- Adapt materials for JLL's J10 languages while maintaining consistent learning outcomes
- Prepare and publish content to learning management systems; configure tracking settings
- Ensure functionality across devices and platforms; maintain consistent user experience
Training Facilitation & Delivery:
- Deliver programs across talent development products, including Professional Skills, Onboarding, and Performance Cycle for various audiences including individual contributors, HR, and People Managers
- Apply adult learning theories and JLL's brand/learning standards during delivery
- Facilitate training both virtually and in-person; regional/local travel may be required depending on business needs
- Maintain delivery standards in accordance with NPS metrics and qualitative feedback
- Apply knowledge of talent & development subject areas to facilitate meaningful discussions
- Demonstrate cross-cultural competence and ability to adapt communication styles to diverse audiences
Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in learning design and facilitation
- Support the creation and updating of training content based on feedback
- Develop business acumen to align L&D initiatives with business objectives
Key Skills:
- Exceptional English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to engage key stakeholders without slang or casual language
- Experience applying brand guidelines to learning materials
- Expertise with Articulate Rise, Storyline, or similar authoring tools
- Ability to redesign PowerPoint content into interactive e-learning formats
- Skills in creating/editing graphics, audio, and video assets
- Experience with video creation tools (e.g., Synthesia, Articulate, etc.)
- Ability to design effective quizzes and knowledge checks
- Experience publishing content to Learning Management Systems
- Understanding of content translation processes for multiple languages
- 5-7 years of experience in facilitating soft skills training programs
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
- Effective collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Global mindset when approaching design solutions
