Vision and Value Delivery
- Ideate and determine a strategic plan/initiative, in alignment with Centre of Expertise and Service Partner teams to deliver business aspirations.
- Remove obstacles and coordinate actions for successful implementation of initiatives.
- Assist SL, Propositions & Business Development to plan and implement tasks required for delivery of Quest and business aspirations
Propositions & Business Development
- Manage Mortgage Products, Propositions covering new product launch, review and discontinuation according to business plans to drive incremental revenue for Mortgage business
- Stay informed and analyse Mortgage and property outlook, property/real estate market, economic trends and competitors to introduce offering to grow new Mortgage revenues
- Drive ideation, creation and timely implementation of project to improve or update on credit related matters including and not limited to customer scorecard, credit policy, customer journeys, processes, sales related matters i.e. Mortgage sales incentive, training, credit and knowledge and regulations, business support teams (eg. End-Financing Management, End-Financing Valuation, Credit Evaluation, Collections) that influence mortgage business with external and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to internal and external regulations for new & existing products/ proposals, implementation, foundation setting and post implementation review with stakeholders, committees and management
- Initiate project to address product-related issues and implement solutions and enhancements. Manage product related reports, partnership, regulatory management including audit, compliance
- Perform regular peers’ business performance analysis to enable sustainable mortgage P&L
- Review product pricing, introduce tactical pricing campaign to grow portfolio profitably to meet budget and manage daily SRR, improve SRR process, operations, reporting
- Support Squad Lead for partners management (eg Cagamas, developers) to deliver incremental revenue growth
Other Initiatives
Lead initiatives and team member as assigned by Head, Homeowners or Head of Consumer Finance including and not limited to special rates requests, customer inquiries/ requests via CPM mailbox, business-related knowledge sharing, strategic business level/ bankwide projects
Skills Required
- Extensive experience in mortgage products and propositions management
- Strong analytical skills in mortgage market and economic trends
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and regulatory compliance
- Experience in project management related to credit matters
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through product innovation
