UTA is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist, Global Mobility & People Operations to join our dynamic People team. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to senior People leadership, shaping and operating the mobile strategy. This role also supports the People Operations function, helping streamline processes for an optimized end-to-end employee life cycle and employee experience. This is an in-office role based in New York.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000 commensurate with experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as mobility subject matter expert and consultant to employees, candidates, Talent Acquisition, People team, and key stakeholders, leveraging industry knowledge and acquired experience.
· Design and execute key mobility processes and plans by working with global stakeholders including Tax, Payroll, Legal and Procurement while considering country, regional and global requirements.
· Serve as the process owner managing all Mobility vendors, including immigration, relocation, tax, and destination services to ensure processes are optimized and standards are adhered to.
· Own documentation and record-keeping for acquired entities and populations (E-Verify, myUSCIS, and related systems).
· Work closely with the People Operations and People Business Partner teams, as policy owners, to provide data driven insights to enhance policies and programs.
· Build the playbooks, frameworks, and policies that make mobility repeatable and scalable as UTA’s transaction volume and international footprint grows.
What You Will Need
4+ years working experience on mobility, People processes, onboarding, and offboarding.
· Background in scaling a mobility function or building policies and processes from the ground up.
· Demonstrated ability to manage critical, deadline-driven processes across multiple concurrent, confidential transactions with precision and care
· Strong written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex, high-stakes immigration questions into crisp guidance for teams, executives and individual employees
