The Team
The Global Consumer Brand Experience team is responsible for crafting immersive, multi‑sensory environments that captivate consumers and drive brand loyalty. Through Retail Concept Design, Visual Merchandising, Windows & Showrooms and Store Experience, we elevate engagement across all channels and markets with a 360° approach.

Balancing creativity with commercial strategy, we ensure global consistency with local adaptability, shaping the physical identity and consumer experience across retail, wholesale, and pop‑up environments. Together, we create compelling spaces that inspire consumers and reinforce Tommy Hilfiger as a leading lifestyle destination.

The Position

The Senior Specialist, Global Retail Campaign Experience plays a pivotal role in defining and orchestrating the global translation of marketing campaigns into retail environments. This role ensures seasonal campaign assets and consumer messaging strategy are consistently expressed across retail channels, including full price, outlet and wholesale, creating a seamless end-to-end consumer journey through campaign presence.

As a bridge between global marketing and global and regional retail teams, the Senior Specialist translates campaign objectives into clear global retail frameworks and consumer journey wireframes. They provide structured toolkits and seasonal content directives that regional stakeholders then adapt for their markets, while maintaining feedback loops to continuously refine future campaigns.

This position requires a strategically minded and highly organized professional who can distill complex inputs into clear, actionable direction. The Senior Specialist blends strategic insight with operational excellence to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver impact across all retail touchpoints worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Global Campaign Translation and Planning

  • Identify and articulate retail campaign priorities through cross-functional collaboration, including hero products, storytelling layers, and messaging hierarchy, ensuring clarity and alignment across retail channels.
  • Develop global seasonal content frameworks, roll-out calendars, and consumer journey wireframes across retail touchpoints (windows, in-store, POS, digital screens).
  • Collaborate with global digital marketing to ensure consistency between physical and digital expressions of campaigns.
  • Consolidate all GCBE seasonal deliverables into a single global directive for regions.

Content Management and Toolkit Development

  • Define seasonal content and guideline requirements and translate these into actionable briefs for global brand and product marketing.
  • Drive the development of seasonal retail campaign communication toolkits, including content sequencing, messaging priorities, and execution principles.
  • Partner with VM and retail stakeholders to ensure synergy between campaign messaging and broader retail priorities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of toolkits and assets to regions, supporting accurate campaign execution across retail channels.

Global-Regional Alignment and Feedback Loops

  • Act as the primary global partner for regional stakeholders on seasonal campaign content in retail and physical wholesale, cascading direction and proactively identifying opportunities for alignment and efficiency.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication of campaign priorities, toolkit delivery, and guideline updates to regions.
  • In collaboration with the regional teams, develop and drive comprehensive seasonal roll-out overviews.
  • Monitor and review regional adaptations for alignment with global intent, and serving as a problem-solver when global strategies need to be adapted to local market realities.
  • Facilitate retrospectives with regional teams to collect learnings and improve future campaign concepts and processes.

Operational Excellence and Measurement

  • Develop the global retail seasonal campaign calendar and trackers, ensuring alignment across all functions and timely delivery to markets.
  • Monitor campaign execution and performance across regions, leveraging insights to drive improvements in future activations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline campaign processes, enhance clarity of global directives, and increase efficiency in global-to-local execution.
  • Maintain a global archive of seasonal execution images and recaps to track consistency and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of marketing and/or retail-related experience, preferably within the fashion or luxury industries.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across both global and regional teams.
  • Strong ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
