Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Global Investment Product to join Global Investment Product Team within Global Wealth & Asset Management] group at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to Support the production of investment manager performance measurements and reporting using a range of internal and external resources and investment software

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the production of investment manager performance measurements and reporting using a range of internal and external resources and investment software.
• Responsible for generating performance reports using existing MS Excel modules on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis for our investment platforms in Canada, the US, as well as certain global performance reports
• Support ad-hoc requests including peer rankings, competitor analysis reports, fee comparisons
• Develop knowledge and ability to properly utilize with applicable systems (e.g. Morningstar Direct, Power BI)
• Develop new procedure documentation in support of new process, products or system enhancements
• Ensure proper filing of received reports and documents in the share drive
• Help identify workflow or technology issues and develop creative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years related to similar role and responsibilities in any financial services company. Experience in Investment Products and Manulife Funds would be advantageous.
• Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)

Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:

• Experience in quantitative analysis
• Experience and interest in streamlining processes and finding efficiencies
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Basic understanding of the investment management business
• Curious and driven to learn new skills
• Comfort in working independently
• Ability to engage with and manage expectations of multiple internal stakeholders
• Experience working with Morningstar, and/or Power BI is a plus
