The Senior Specialist, Global Client Development Tools, supports the strategic advancement of global client engagement initiatives. This position plays an active role in recommending priorities for the clienteling tool roadmap and collaborates with cross-functional teams to analyze and enhance retail targeting and segmentation strategies. This role partners with global and regional stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights, capabilities, and continuous improvements across clienteling tools and AI initiatives.
Location: This role is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.
Key Responsibilities:
Clienteling Tools & Capability Enhancement
- Lead the development of the clienteling tool roadmap, strategically balancing immediate business needs with long-term opportunities and tool integration.
- Drive the analysis and refinement of retail client segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize effectiveness and achieve optimal business results.
- Champion 360-degree initiatives, assisting with integration across all channels and touchpoints.
- Orchestrate collaboration with product, retail, and analytics teams to gather requirements and assess the effectiveness of client development programs.
- Provide executive-level summaries and strategic insights for senior leadership regarding project progress and outcomes.
Pioneer AI‑enabled initiatives, focusing on leveraging advanced technology to significantly enhance efficiency, elevate sales performance, and cultivate client loyalty.
Cross‑Functional & Regional Collaboration
- Serve as a trusted partner to Marketing, Retail, Digital Product, Analytics, and IT teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client objectives.
- Work with regional teams to own the collection of feedback, understand local needs, and support implementation of global tools and standards.
The hiring range for this position ranges from $92,310 - $124,892. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in client development, retail strategy, or a related area, preferably within a global setting.
- Expertise in clienteling tools, retail segmentation, and omnichannel strategies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
