We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting to join our Central Expenses team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support routine expense-related activities for funds, including invoice processing and reporting
- Assist in preparing fund expense budgets and gather necessary data for analysis.
- Monitor payment status for clients.
- Prepare comparisons of budgeted expenses versus actual expenses.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve issues
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fund accounting, expense management, or financial operations within the asset management industry.
- Strong understanding of fund structures, expense ratio reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in AI, MS Office and financial software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Analytical Thinking – Ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Communication – Clear and professional communication with team members and clients.
- Initiative – Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements.
- Collaboration – Works effectively with the team and contributes to team goals.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-7 years of total work experience
- Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm
- Fund accounting experience including NAV calculation, performance calculation, expense allocation, and report preparation
- Experience performing cash and asset reconciliations for complex or atypical transactions
- Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS and ability to evaluate impact of new regulations
- Client-facing experience, including responding to client inquiries and resolving fund accounting issues
- Experience driving service improvement, process enhancement, and performing specialist review functions
