We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Fund/Client Accounting to join our Central Expense Unit, Fund & Investor Solutions team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
SME role to lead process reengineering, automation, change management, and digital transformation initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operating models across Central Expense Unit (CEU). This position is critical to increasing productivity, lowering risk, and advancing existing and future reengineering projects for key CEU clients with an extension in supporting CEU Operations.
Drive digital solution development initiatives to reduce risk and enhance resiliency within Central Expense Unit.
Explore BNY 's data eco-system to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement within Central Expense Unit and the wider Fund & Investor Solutions team’s environment.
Understand business and regulatory needs, identifying gaps and/or opportunities for enhancement.
Learn new tools, systems and techniques that can be beneficial to Central Expense Unit and our stakeholders.
Acting as an enabler us to leverage data in transforming our work and delivering exceptional value to our clients.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Minimum 7 years of Techno-Functional experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in participating in transformation initiatives, performing business analysis, and formulating problem statements based on specific business cases.
- Familiarity with fund accounting, as well as expense and invoice processing, is considered advantageous.
