- Leading onboarding and activation workstreams for new funds and clients, ensuring completeness and readiness for fund launches and transitions,
- Reviewing and validating key fund accounting deliverables, including static data, accounting setups, fee configurations, and initial NAV outputs,
- Acting as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders during the activation phase, managing queries and providing status updates,
- Coordinating across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, Technology, and Client Service to ensure timely and smooth transition to business-as-usual operations,
- Monitoring timelines and risks, proactively driving resolution of issues impacting launch readiness,
- Providing guidance and review support to junior team members while contributing to process improvements and control enhancements,
- Communicating any significant operational issues that arise to a VP.
- 4+ years of relevant experience,
- Strong financial knowledge,
- Very good English,
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel),
- Analytical skills and critical thinking,
- Responsibility for your tasks, timeliness and reliability.
- Experience in people management - preferred.
- Exposure to data analytics, automation, or AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Alteryx or similar platforms), with the ability to leverage technology to enhance efficiency, controls, and insight within fund accounting operations. - preferred.
