We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist Full-Stack Engineer to join our Engineering & Technology team. This role is located in Pune
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Design, develop, and document technically detailed applications using existing and emerging technology platforms.
Write new complex systems, design and code programs, and create test transactions.
Analyze organizational needs and goals to develop and implement application systems.
Provide application software development services or technical support for moderately complex situations.
Program well-designed, testable, efficient code and execute full lifecycle software development.
Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites, ensuring software quality and security.
Maintain software functionality, address technical debt, and integrate software components into fully functional systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, ensuring they are updated with the latest features.
Actively participate in code reviews and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve elegant solutions.
Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements for existing systems and platforms, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
2-6 years of experience in software development; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Thorough knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience developing both Front-End and Back-End components.
Proficiency in front-end and back-end development coding languages (e.g., C#, Java, HTML, NodeJS, CSS, JSON, Angular, JavaScript).
Knowledge in application frameworks and containerization.
Familiarity with cross-platform interoperability and major tools/features of multiple toolkits.
Experience resolving hardware, software, and communications malfunctions.
Strong teamwork and organizational skills, with a commitment to active learning.
People Leadership requirement:Acts as a mentor to junior level engineers, compiling documentation and sharing knowledge.
