Arcesium is looking to hire a Senior Specialist/Manager for the Human Capital team based out of Hyderabad.
What you'll Do
- Support the implementation of our employee engagement strategy based on an understanding of the current culture of the company
- Develop and manage firmwide and location-specific initiatives and activities spanning across themes like collaboration, wellbeing, belongingness, personal development, and relaxation
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders to execute these initiatives seamlessly
- Analyze data and create various reports that can be used to make effective decisions to improve the employee experience at our firm
- Contribute to formulation and execution of diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Manage internal communication channels and support teams with content creation
What you’ll need:
- Graduate/post-graduate degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and develop relationships within and outside the team
- Ability to think creatively and ideate solutions
- Ability to anticipate and identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency within the team
