Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Ecommerce Senior Specialist for Arc’teryx Korea, you will be responsible for translating our ecommerce operations strategy and other ecommerce goals into action to meet our ecommerce growth expectations. You will lead and execute multiple projects to build sustainable, best-in-class ecommerce operations that are consistent with Arc’teryx values and deliver an ecommerce experience that is congruent with Arc’teryx premium branding.
You will work cross-functionally with various departments to improve our ecommerce fulfillment processes, carrier services, unboxing experience, returns, and other operational processes that will enhance the overall guest experience and operational efficiency. You will also play a key role in ensuring Korea business requirements are effectively reflected in regional and global operating models, systems, and transformation initiatives.
- Own the execution and continuous improvement of Korea ecommerce operational processes to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
- Partner with Omnichannel leaders (Retail, Guest Services) to deliver a seamless cross-channel guest experience.
- Manage 3PL and carrier partnerships to ensure SLA achievement and drive fulfillment performance improvements. 2. Customer Experience & Post-Purchase Journey
- Own the post-purchase customer journey, ensuring every interaction deepens customer loyalty.
- Lead VOC initiatives and translate customer insights into cross-functional improvement proposals.
- Ensure ecommerce operations comply with Korean market requirements (privacy, ecommerce transaction, payment, customer notification). 3. Business Transformation & System Enablement
- Represent ecommerce operations in the SAP transition and CRM/Service Cloud implementation—contributing to requirements definition and process alignment.
- Lead the execution of ecommerce operational workflows during system transitions to ensure business continuity.
- Partner with regional (APAC) and global teams to define Korea business requirements and align on operating models.

The Korea Ecommerce team is responsible for developing and operating Arc'teryx Korea's ecommerce channel and key consumer-facing digital touchpoints. It is a high-performing team responsible for direct-to-consumer ecommerce (strategy & operations), digital marketing (CRM & paid), digital analytics, digital user experience, digital merchandising, and digital product content.
The team partners closely with local cross-functional teams, as well as regional (APAC) and global teams, to ensure that Korea business needs are effectively reflected in the operating model and future roadmap.

1. Ecommerce Operations & Fulfillment Excellence- Are you our next Senior Specialist, Ecommerce?
- 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce, DTC, Retail Operations, or Logistics
- Hands-on experience with order management, returns/refunds, and fulfillment processes
- Experience designing and improving operational workflows
- Strong data literacy with the ability to derive actionable insights from operational metrics
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in Korean with business-level English proficiency
- Experience operating ecommerce platforms, OMS, or WMS systems
- Experience with SAP or ERP implementation projects (S/4HANA preferred)
- Experience with CRM and guest service solutions (Salesforce suite preferred)
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent)
- Experience with VOC, NPS, review, or marketing automation tools
- Experience in DTC brands or the outdoor, sports, or premium apparel industry
