How you will make an impact:
• Lead the digitalisation of manufacturing processes across Edwards Singapore (SNG) sites, delivering cross‑functional programs that enhance process efficiency, scalability, and compliance with global quality and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program and project plans, including scope definition, milestones, risk assessments, resource plans, and mitigation strategies, to ensure delivery meets stakeholder expectations, business objectives, and governance requirements.
• Manage end‑to‑end program execution across scope, cost, schedule, and quality, ensuring timely delivery of digital systems and continuous expansion of solutions in line with committed roadmaps and manufacturing priorities.
• Lead and collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, IT, Engineering, and Global Business Units to align objectives, resolve dependencies, and deliver program outcomes effectively.
• Act as a change leader by driving process improvement and digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable impact across multiple functional areas, promoting adoption, standardisation, and continuous improvement. Engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, providing clear program updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment between site, regional, and global digital strategies.

What you'll need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems or related field, 5 years experience hands‑on experience managing mid‑ to large‑scale projects. Required and
