Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into IT solution specifications that are scalable, secure, and user-centric
Conduct feasibility assessments and develop project rationale, scope, and cost/resource estimates
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and define functional solutions aligned with business needs
Ensure traceability between user requirements, specifications, and validation/testing activities
Support validation processes (OQ, PQ, UAT) and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Drive user experience considerations in the design and deployment of new solutions
Facilitate super user training and maintain alignment with internal IT systems and documentation standards
Essential Requirements
University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or IT industry
Strong background in Lab IT systems such as LIMS, ELN, and chromatography platforms
Proven experience as a business analyst, process expert, or digital lead in lab environments
Solid understanding of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and computer system validation lifecycle
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills in a global matrix setting
Desirable Requirements
Prior experience working in TRD with a strong understanding of TRD-specific business processes
Familiarity with lab data integration platforms and digital transformation initiatives in R&D environments
