Join our Australasia Marketing Team at Mastercard as a Senior Specialist, Consumer Marketing, where you'll play a key role in delivering consumer marketing campaigns and sponsorship activations that create priceless experiences for customers and cardholders.
This is an execution-focused role requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to bring sponsorship and partnership programmes to life. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly and achieve measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Activate Sponsorships: Implement sponsorship programmes and activations across sports, entertainment, and cultural partnerships, ensuring alignment with Mastercard's brand and objectives.
• Deliver Consumer Campaigns: Execute end-to-end consumer marketing campaigns leveraging sponsorship and partnership assets, managing timelines, approvals, and agency coordination.
• Track Performance: Monitor and report on sponsorship ROI and campaign results, providing insights for optimisation.
• Develop Marketing Materials: Create presentations and content to showcase sponsorship benefits and respond to partner requests.
• Coordinate Stakeholders: Liaise with internal teams, agencies, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of sponsorship and marketing activities.
• Manage Budgets: Track and reconcile budgets for sponsorship activations and campaigns.
About You
• Hands-On Sponsorship Experience: Proven experience in executing sponsorship activations and consumer marketing programmes.
• Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
• Collaborative: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong Negotiator: Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and secure value from sponsorship agreements.
• Creative Communicator: Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to articulate sponsorship impact.
• Analytical: Confident in using data to measure performance and inform decisions.
