Job DescriptionThe Senior Specialist, Consumer Marketing is responsible for consumer marketing workstreams that translate brand priorities into high-quality, measurable activations. This role owns assigned programs from planning through delivery, partners across functions and agencies, and uses performance insights to strengthen future execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead assigned tentpole programs, including BOTOX Cosmetic Day, Double Points, Mother’s Day, and other treatment-driving moments, from planning through execution and post-program learning.
- Own experiential partnership workstreams, including project plans, partner coordination, organic content capture, deliverables, timelines, and activation readiness.
- Lead organic influencer workstreams received from the Influencer Team, ensuring content needs, approvals, deliverables, usage terms, and deployment plans are clear and executed.
- Drive organic asset planning and capture for shoots and experiential moments, translating content needs into actionable shot lists, capture plans, and channel-ready deliverables.
- Lead sweepstakes workstreams and coordinate required cross-functional reviews, execution milestones, and performance reporting.
- Monitor social listening and consumer signals; surface relevant themes, opportunities, and implications to inform content and activation decisions.
- Own activation reporting for assigned programs, consolidate performance metrics, identify learnings, and recommend actions to improve future programs.
- Manage usage-rights requirements for owned workstreams, including tracking terms, expirations, and approved applications in partnership with Legal and agency teams.
- Lead day-to-day project management for assigned initiatives by establishing workplans, clarifying roles, resolving executional barriers, and maintaining stakeholder visibility.
- Prepare and advance materials through medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance review in Veeva Vault PromoMats; proactively manage feedback, revisions, and approval timelines.
- Manage purchase orders and budget tracking for owned projects, escalating risks and variances with clear recommendations..
- Contribute to team planning and prioritization by bringing forward executional insights, consumer response, and program performance.
Scope and Decision-Making
- Independently leads defined workstreams and recommends executional approaches within approved brand strategy.
- Makes day-to-day decisions for owned programs and escalates decisions that affect brand strategy, material investment, claims, or enterprise risk.
- Provides direction to agencies and cross-functional partners for assigned deliverables without carrying full channel or portfolio accountability.
- May coach interns, contractors, or project contributors on specific deliverables; this role does not require formal people management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of consumer marketing, brand marketing, agency, partnerships, experiential, social, or related experience with increasing ownership.
- Experience leading multi-step marketing programs and partnering across matrixed organizations.
- Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or CPG preferred.
- Working knowledge of promotional review processes and Veeva Vault PromoMats preferred.

- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with analytics, social publishing, project-management, and budget-tracking platforms.
