At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are shaping a landmark destination redefining entertainment, culture and hospitality in the Kingdom. The Hospitality Business Unit is developing a portfolio of hotel assets central to this vision. As these assets progress, we are seeking experienced professionals to help deliver them to the highest standards of design quality, guest experience and commercial performance.
In this role, you will provide high-level executive, operational and business support to the Hospitality BU Lead, ensuring effective management of leadership time, priorities and executive office operations. Acting as a trusted coordination point across the Hospitality Business Unit, you will support stakeholder engagement, business planning, administrative activities and executive communications, helping to drive alignment and successful delivery of business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Hospitality BU Lead's diary, ensuring effective prioritisation of meetings and engagements.
- Coordinate executive travel, including itineraries, logistics and briefing materials.
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, presentations and action trackers.
- Support development of correspondence, reports, presentations and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate meetings and communications across the Hospitality Business Unit.
- Support delivery of leadership meetings, townhalls and workshops.
- Track actions, decisions and key deliverables arising from the Hospitality BU Lead's meetings and engagements.
- Maintain effective filing, record management and document control processes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support the Hospitality BU Lead's priorities and commitments.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support administrative and business support activities across the Hospitality Business Unit, as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Executive Office processes, tools and ways of working.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in executive assistance.
- Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Exposure to working with senior stakeholders
- Experience in a fast-paced or professional environment
- Strong organisational and diary management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proactive and dependable, with a willingness to learn
