ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The incumbent will be responsible for modelling, analysing and continuously improving business pro-cesses across the organisation. This role focuses on transforming operational data into actionable in-sights, driving data-based decision-making and enabling process optimisation and automation.
The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure processes are standardised, efficient, and supported by accurate data and performance metrics.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
Process Modelling • Model, document and maintain business processes using standard methodologies (e.g. BPMN)• Maintain the central process inventory, ensuring consistency and version control across functions• Collaborate with process owners to define KPIs, establish baselines and track process efficiency• Support process harmonisation, simplification and automation initiatives in cooperation with IT and business teams
Process Analytics & Insights • Evaluate process performance and identify improvement areas through data-driven analysis• Analyze operational and process data to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks and optimization poten-tial• Develop dashboards and performance reports for key metrics and trends (Power BI, Tableau, etc)• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for management and project teams• Support business case development and benefit quantification for process improvement initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, IT, Business, Data Science, Engineering or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in business process analysis, business analysis or data analytics
- Practical experience in process modelling and analytics within a cross-functional environment
- Proven ability to build dashboards and interpret data to support operational decisions
- Exposure to automation technologies (RPA, workflow tools, ETL) is an advantage
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM is an advantage
- Previous experience working with SAP Signavio is a plus
