Senior Specialist Business Analysis
Vikhroli, Mumbai
Role Purpose
As a Specialist – Business Analyst you will act as a link between the Development Team and Product Management Team / Customers gathering functional requirements and translating them to technical requirements for the development and implementation of enhancement of existing products. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Analyse business requirements submitted by Product Management Team or customer and define the development requirements.
Provides functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
Conduct business process modelling and generate applicable scenarios for the testing team.
Customer implementations for product
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
Business Analyst or equivalent experience in Cargo Operations business.
Exposure to structured software development life cycle
Experience of delivery in an Agile environment
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and across different audiences.
Good self-management skills, including ability to escalate issues in a timely manner and work to deadlines.
