The Team

This role sits in the Global Brand Marketing structure that defines and executes the brand strategy and creative content for Tommy Hilfiger globally. Within that sits our Creative Direction team, which is made up of Art Directors and Designers. This team is the internal creative agency that concepts, shoots, selects, designs and builds large volumes of consumer-facing content. It is a brief-driven organization that executes against the TH Global Brand Playbook for all projects and campaigns. It also acts as a key contributor and guardian to those guidelines.

The Position

As part of the design function within the Creative Direction team, the Graphic Designer, Senior Specialist brings the Tommy Hilfiger brand to life through the creation of digital and print materials – including newsletters, website pages, point-of-sale materials, event collateral, lookbooks, packaging and more – that uphold the brand’s aesthetic and align with our marketing goals.

Responsibilities

Include but not limited to:

  • Concept, build and deliver any graphic design project allocated by the Operations team.

  • In collaboration with E-Com stakeholders, build weekly creative content updates.

  • In collaboration with CRM stakeholders, design and build newsletters and emailers adhering to wireframes, calendars and business objectives.

  • Support 360 marketing initiatives in whatever capacity is required, including in-situ mockups, layouts and internal presentations.

  • Uphold the brand aesthetic standards, aligned to guidance provided by the Senior Creative and Brand Directors.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3 years of similar or related graphic design work experience, ideally within the fashion industry.

  • Deep working knowledge of design/animation tools incl. full Adobe suite, Figma and After Effects.

  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to receive and implement feedback.
