Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Product Operations Manager – AI (Vendor Solutions) to bridge the gap between our Central Product & Engineering teams at Delivery Hero and our local commercial teams across foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti.
In this role, you will act as the "voice of the local market" to Central Product while leading the rollout, change management, and adoption of vendor-facing AI tools and features across all Pandora entities. You will ensure that AI innovations are seamlessly implemented, effectively adopted by local vendor teams, and tailored to solve real commercial challenges.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Insight & Local Feedback Loop
Partner closely with local Commercial, Vendor Health, and Operations teams across all Pandora brands to capture operational pain points and feature requirements.
Synthesize feedback, feature requests, and market-specific nuances into clear, actionable briefs for Central Product & Tech teams at Delivery Hero.
Advocate for Pandora’s commercial priorities within the central AI product roadmap.
2. AI Product Rollout & Change Management
Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy and implementation for new vendor-facing AI solutions across all operating entities.
Create framework, training documentation, and best-practice guides for local teams to ensure high adoption rates of AI tools.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders (Commercial Ops, Account Management, Product) to align on rollout timelines, launch readiness, and expectations.
3. Adoption Tracking & Operations
Monitor performance metrics, feature adoption rates, and user sentiment post-implementation.
Work with local leadership to identify adoption bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans.
Conduct light qualitative and quantitative operational analyses (SQL/dashboarding is a plus) to evaluate the commercial impact of AI implementations.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Project Management, Strategy & Operations, or Commercial Operations within tech, e-commerce, or food delivery.
Tech & AI Savviness: Strong familiarity with general tech platforms and a solid conceptual understanding of AI/ML applications (e.g., how AI can drive automation, recommendations, or content generation for vendors).
Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of managing cross-functional relationships across different levels, regions, and cultures (local market teams vs. centralized tech teams).
Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead feature rollouts, train non-technical business teams, and drive product adoption.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex product concepts into simple, business-friendly language.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using operational data and user feedback to inform decisions and prioritize problem areas.
