Senior Specialist - Accounting Operations

We will count on you to:

• Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs for the accounting operations team.
• Identify automation opportunities proactively within the process.
• Maintain and update documentation to comply with ISO standards.
• Manage month-end / quarter-end finalisation and reporting for the below processes:
  • Payroll
  • Fixed Assets
  • Inter-company
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accruals / Prepayments
  • Leases
  • Revenue
• Managing review for all balance sheets reconciliations and meeting the global deadlines.
• Managing audit requirements

What you need to have: 

• Commerce Graduate with 7+ years of work experience / CA with 2 years of work experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines.
• Ability to deal with multiple formats of data & large volumes of data.
• Good communication skills.

• Must have worked on Oracle/ERP.
• Must be keen to learn.

What makes you stand out?

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel  (Knowledge of macro preferable)
• Good Accounting knowledge
