Job DescriptionAbout the Job:
Delivery Hero Pandora is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist for its local procurement team in Budapest. This role is responsible for all local procurement activities for 6 markets in Europe.
Role Purpose and Key Objectives
Conducting, tracking and reporting procurement process by acquiring for all local indirect goods and services commodities
Source and evaluate suppliers for quality, cost-effectiveness and reliability in appropriate local categories
Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to determine areas for improvement and develop action plans
Collaborate with regional sourcing team to successfully implement sourcing initiatives;
Work closely with finance and other departments to manage budgets and ensure cost savings
Guiding internal stakeholders on adhering to procurement processes and procedure
Ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field
Min 4-5 years indirect procurement experience in a multi-cultural organization
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Ability to understand, question and interpret data, analytical thinking and problem-solving
Experience in an ERP system (SAP and/or SAP Ariba is preferred)
Knowledge of sourcing and contract management processes
Stakeholder management (internal and external)
Strong time management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially with advanced knowledge of Excel,
Proficient in reporting processes
Willingness to travel as needed, with no travel restrictions
