Find your purpose as the Senior Sourcing Specialist for Supply Chain at CentraCare. The Senior Sourcing Specialist partners with cross-functional stakeholders to strategically source goods and services that support organizational objectives, drive cost-effective solutions, and ensure operational excellence. This role leads the development and execution of sourcing strategies, manages supplier relationships, and negotiates complex contracts while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $87,193.60 per year and increases with experience.
- Salary range: $87,193.60-$130,873.60 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field or a minimum of 6 years related experience in Supply Chain, Contracting or Value Analysis in lieu of education.
- 5 years of related experience in Supply Chain, Contracting or Value Analysis required.
- Data entry aptitude and confidence and interest in computer work are helpful.
Core Functions:
- Lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned categories, ensuring alignment with operational needs and organizational goals.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and category analysis to understand total cost drivers, supplier landscape, and strategic opportunities.
- Create, issue, and manage requests for proposals (RFPs), invitations to bid (ITBs), and other sourcing events; analyze and evaluate supplier responses.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, favorable terms, and value-added services while mitigating risk.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to support performance management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Draft, review, and manage contract documents throughout the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, clinical, and operational teams to ensure sourcing strategies and contracts adhere to regulatory, quality, and budgetary requirements.
- Prepare progress reports for CentraCare Product Value Analysis Committee (PVAC). Assist in preparation of progress reports for CCH Value Analysis Steering Committee.
- Collaborate with Contracting and Procurement Department, CCH Value Analysis Clinical Specialist and other appropriate stakeholders to assess product usage patterns, product attributes, coordinate trials, and evaluate trial results.
- Monitor supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Drive category-specific cost savings and value creation initiatives by identifying opportunities for standardization, consolidation, and process improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing best practices and support mentoring or guidance for less experienced sourcing team members.
