We’re looking for a Senior Sourcing Recruiter who loves the challenge of finding exceptional people, and knows that great sourcing involves much more than running searches and sending messages.
In this role, you'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies, research talent markets, engage passive candidates, and build pipelines for critical hiring needs. Success requires strong research skills, creativity, adaptability, thoughtful communication, and the ability to translate evolving business needs into effective sourcing plans.
Our environment moves quickly, and priorities can change as teams refine what they need. The person who thrives here will be curious and resilient: someone who can absorb new information, adjust the strategy and keep moving without losing momentum. You’ll also communicate your progress clearly, maintain accurate records and help your partners understand what the market is telling us.
Every day in this role, you will:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for complex, specialized and high-priority roles.
Identify and engage qualified talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, professional communities, referrals, events, research and creative sourcing methods.
Translate role requirements into practical search criteria and continually refine your approach based on candidate and market feedback.
Build meaningful relationships with prospective candidates, including individuals who may not be ready to make an immediate career move.
Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to calibrate profiles, share market intelligence and adjust sourcing strategies as business needs evolve.
Conduct research to identify new talent pools, competitor organizations, relevant communities and emerging sourcing trends.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of outreach, candidate activity, pipeline progress and sourcing outcomes.
Provide regular, proactive updates that clearly communicate progress, challenges, market conditions and recommended next steps.
Use data to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve results.
Contribute ideas, resources and sourcing expertise across the Talent Acquisition team.
Help create an engaging and respectful experience for every person you contact.
Ensure sourcing practices comply with company policies and applicable employment requirements.
To thrive in this role, you must have:
Significant experience in talent sourcing, talent research, or proactive recruiting.
Proven success identifying and engaging specialized talent.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing, CRM, ATS tools & technologies.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to develop sourcing strategies from hiring needs and market insights.
Strong research, talent mapping, and analytical capabilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Experience sourcing for technology, AI, healthcare, revenue cycle, sales or other specialized talent populations is preferred.
The healthcare system is always evolving — and it’s up to us to use our shared expertise to find new solutions that can keep up. On our growing team you’ll find the opportunity to constantly learn, collaborate across groups and explore new paths for your career.
Our associates are given the chance to contribute, think boldly and create meaningful work that makes a difference in the communities we serve around the world. We go beyond expectations in everything we do. Not only does that drive customer success and improve patient care, but that same enthusiasm is applied to giving back to the community and taking care of our team — including offering a competitive benefits package.
