As a Senior Sourcer, you will research and engage candidates for a diverse portfolio of searches with an initial focus on non-technical roles, including executive positions. Your work will encompass a wide variety of roles and stakeholders, providing a unique perspective on the operations of a growing quantitative hedge fund. You will be a Sourcer who excels at mapping talent, identifying quality leads, and converting them into a rich pipeline of candidates. You will bring a systematic orientation and high level of curiosity to learn our business. You will attune to our exceptionally high hiring standards and develop effective strategies to engage talent at that level. Responsibilities
- Directly source a rich pipeline of rarified talent across a portfolio of searches
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and pitching strategies
- Map talent strategies for recurring searches and create effective outreach content
- Participate in new search launches and talent market evaluations, search recalibrations, referrals pushes, large systematic sourcing drives, and piloting new approaches to find and attract key talent
- Own the candidate experience and make it a positive and memorable journey, even for candidates who do not join us
- Maintain and improve a high-performance recruiting process tuned to delivering outstanding quality of hire in an efficient, diligent manner
Requirements
- At least seven years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated success in sourcing top talent
- Track record of making contributions at the project level, including process improvement and contributions to institutional knowledge and recruiting content
- Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams
- Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
- Authorization to work in the United States
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
