Senior Solutions & Innovation Architect, Enterprise Learning Operations | Onsite UAE | Dubai-Based

The Senior Solutions & Innovation Architect is a senior L&D practitioner onsite — a hands-on learning consultant who personally shapes complex learning experiences alongside client’s stakeholders, and the owner of the innovation agenda that keeps those experiences ahead of the market. The role combines deep, trusted relationships with client’s senior business and L&D stakeholders, and direct consulting on their hardest capability challenges, with leadership of automation, technology strategy, AI-enabled workflow design, and innovation showcases. It works in close partnership with the Solutions Architects, who take the concepts and designs it shapes and bring them into production and deployment and partners with the Learning Experience Director to build onsite relationships.

Solution Design Ownership for Complex Projects

·       Own solution design for the account's most complex, multi-faceted learning projects delivered from Dubai/Abu Dhabi

·       Develop comprehensive solution architectures integrating multiple components, modalities, and delivery channels

·       Create detailed design specifications guiding development and delivery teams across the Design Studio

·       Ensure solutions address identified performance gaps and business requirements at senior stakeholder level

·       Balance instructional effectiveness with feasibility, budget, and timeline constraints

Modality Selection, Vendor Coordination & End-to-End Project Management

·       Select and recommend optimal learning modalities for the most complex, senior-stakeholder-facing solutions

·       Coordinate vendor relationships for content development, technology platforms, and delivery services on flagship projects

·       Oversee end-to-end project management from initial design through final deployment for priority initiatives

·       Ensure design intent is maintained throughout development, conducting design reviews at key milestones

·       Advocate for design integrity when facing pressure to compromise quality on high-visibility projects

Senior L&D Consulting & Solutions Architect Partnership

·       Consult directly with client’s senior business and L&D stakeholders on complex capability challenges, running discovery and personally shaping the response

·       Craft the learning experience design for flagship solutions hands-on, rather than reviewing the work of others from a distance

·       Partner actively with the Solutions Architects to translate innovation concepts and experience designs into real, deployed learning experiences

·       Coach and stretch the Solutions Architects and the wider design community, raising the practitioner standard across the account

·       Hold and grow long-term trusted-advisor relationships that give Infopro early sight of emerging capability needs

Technology Strategy & Vision

·       Research emerging technologies relevant to learning operations and delivery

·       Define a learning tools roadmap outlining the future-state learning technology landscape

·       Provide strategic input to the Transition & Tech Manager on automation tooling

·       Position client's as a leader in learning technology innovation

Innovation Showcases & AI-Powered Workflow Design

·       Design and deliver innovation showcases demonstrating emerging learning technologies and solutions to client's leadership

·       Conduct technology demonstrations and facilitate exploration sessions building momentum for innovation adoption

·       Identify use cases for AI application in learning content creation

·       Prototype AI learning solutions demonstrating feasibility and value while ensuring responsible AI practices around ethics, bias, and transparency

·       Recommend learning technologies based on innovation trends, market landscape, and client's needs

·       Drive digital learning transformation initiatives modernizing learning experiences

This role is based in the UAE, with a working model that includes onsite presence in Dubai (Jebel Ali) and Abu Dhabi (Al-Taweelah) for stakeholder and vendor engagement, alongside flexibility for design and project work.

This role supports a dedicated client program and will be employed locally in the UAE in alignment with regional employment requirements.

Experience

·       10+ years' experience in learning solutions architecture, learning innovation, or digital learning transformation

·       Proven track record owning complex, multi-modal solution design alongside implementing automation, AI, or innovative technology solutions in learning contexts

·       Strong project management capabilities leading end-to-end implementations for high-visibility projects

·       Strong understanding of emerging technologies including AI, automation, and digital learning platforms

·       Experience managing vendor relationships and translating technology concepts for non-technical senior stakeholder

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required

• Advanced degree in Instructional Design or a related field is a plus

• Ability to design practical learning solutions that solve real business problems

• Strong organization and project leadership across complex initiatives

• Confidence working with stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors

• Thoughtful decision-making when balancing quality, timelines, and budgets

• Clear communication and the ability to influence without authority
