Position Overview

The Solution Engineer for Password Solutions at Netwrix serves as the technical expert supporting the sales of Netwrix password security products (e.g., Netwrix Password Secure, password vaulting and credential management solutions). This role works closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to demonstrate how Netwrix solutions protect credentials, reduce privileged access risk, and improve operational security.

The Solution Engineer translates customer security challenges into practical technical solutions, delivering demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and architectural guidance to support successful product adoption.

This is a hybrid role with visits to Kraków office.


Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales and Technical Enablement

  • Partner with sales to support sales opportunities involving Netwrix password and credential security solutions.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, security challenges, and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
  • Support proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments and validate product value in customer environments.
  • Shape product direction by contributing domain expertise and direct customer insights, working cross-functionally and with AI tooling to solve complex challenges.

Customer Engagement Enablement and Evangelism

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Netwrix password solutions, presenting at technical workshops, webinars, and customer briefings as well as supporting partners and channel teams with technical enablement.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to identify gaps, compliance drivers, and risk priorities related to password management.
  • Advise customers on best practices for password management, credential rotation, and secure access workflows.
  • Work closely with customer security, IT operations, and compliance teams.
  • Provide technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years’ experience in presales engineering, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity engineering.


Preferred but not Mandatory Qualifications/Experience
Strong understanding of:

  • Password management
  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)
  • Knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for policy and workflow customization.
  • Experience with the deployment, configuration and upkeep of the following tools would be a great advantage, 1Password, Bitwarden, Dashlane, Keeper, Zoho Vault, CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust.
